Manager, Supply Chain Optimization

Mississauga or Ottawa, Ontario Full-time, permanent $75,000–$85,000 / year

About the role

This role partners with operational leaders to improve productivity, inventory management, service levels, transportation efficiency and overall supply chain performance. You will lead supply chain analytics, warehouse optimization, slotting strategy, KPI governance and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards across inventory, warehousing, transportation, purchasing and customer service
Set KPI ownership and data governance, analyze trends and support monthly business reviews
Partner with IT and business leaders on Pronto, Descartes and reporting integrations
Develop data models, reporting structures and forecasting support
Lead Lean initiatives and run root cause analysis on service failures
Identify labour productivity gains, evaluate automation and support site and network projects

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, analytics, operations management or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management or operational excellence
Advanced Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, SQL, advanced Excel / Power Query
Data modeling and dashboard / KPI development
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, slotting, distribution optimization, transportation analytics and forecasting
